Refund Policy for Digital Products

DIGITAL PRODUCTS PURCHASE TERMS OF AGREEMENT

The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Customers should review carefully before making any purchase.

SECURITY

All transactions for the purchase of intangible or electronic products and digital file downloads are made through payment gateways that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards. Your payment information is not stored during this process.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact us at hello@theplannerchic.com with your transaction details and payment details to ensure your digital product is delivered as quickly as possible.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS REFUND POLICY

Because your purchased product is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening. For this reason, all purchases of our digital products are non-refundable or exchangeable. In other words, since the digital products made available here are intangible, we are not able to offer refunds on these products.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can take place. Therefore, we WILL honor requests for refunds in the following circumstances:

      • * Digital products which explicitly state a full or partial refund is based on a satisfaction guarantee;
      • * Digital products which were not properly delivered due to some fault on our part; and
      • * Digital products which have major defects that render the product unusable under any circumstances.

Clear evidence of the circumstances justifying refund must be provided by the purchaser. Complaints which are based merely on the purchaser’s subjective expectations or wishes will not be refunded.

We do not bear responsibility—and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests—based on incompatibility of our products with third-party software other than those which are specified as compatible in the product description. We offer no guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we cannot provide support for third-party applications.

Requests for refunds under the above-listed circumstances can be made by contacting us at hello@theplannerchic.com within ONE (1) week after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed reasons why you are applying for a refund.
